Yacht charter fee, referring to weekly (7nights/6days) charter period, including current VAT 12% and yachts with following equipment: VHF, Radio CD, GPS, Autopilot, Echo sounder, Speedometer,  Warm water supply, Spray hood, Bimini, Blankets.

All-inclusive insurance with deductible 

Autopilot and dinghy, Outboard engine (free of charges)

Not Included :

Fuel, water, food provision, transfers

Mandatory Extras :

End cleaning : including bed sheets & towels (one set per person), first fill for outboard engine , gaz bottles, Base marina's fees (*)

Refundable Security deposit  :  (refunded upon disembarkation)

The client must provide upon embarkation the amount of the deposit as specified by the contract according to the yacht that has been booked. This can be provided either in cash or via a valid credit card (VISA and Mastercard). Upon disembarkation and inspection of the yacht  the amount of the deposit is returned to the client (unblocked from credit card in case of use of card). The amount of the deposit specifies the amount that the client is liable for damages upon the yacht.

Damage Waiver : In case that the client opts for this option the amount of the damage waiver here after Is not refunded in any circumstances and covers any loss or accident to the yacht, the equipment or third party, all risks of damage/theft whether through negligence or malicious intent, by the skipper, or by the clients. It is totally indemnified against in all cases, beyond the  refundable deposit that is reduced for all yachts to 500€ . This option is mandatory in case of a skippered charter.

Check  In / Out: The yacht should be returned to the base the day before, by 18:00 hrs the latest

Payment Conditions:  Due to the COVID 19 situation we have adjusted our Cancelation and terms policy for 2021

1st PAYMENT Reservation : 30% of the total charter fee ‘bank transfer’ is requiered upon booking within 7 days

2nd PAYMENT     : 70% of the total charter fee ‘bank transfer’ one month before embarkation

* Optional (crew, one ways, end cleaning, optional services,damage waiver etc), have to be paid in cash, upon embarkation.

Cancelation Policy:

A  For bookings confirmed  until 31/1/2023

Charter can be cancelled free of charge, 60 days before embarkation and the deposit will be refunded immediately

Rescheduling of the charter is subject to availability. When rescheduling the charter, the client may choose to

• Perform a change of the booking with a bigger or smaller yacht, to a higher/lower pricelist period subject to availability and  payment of the additional price-list difference

The reschedule / change, will be accepted 60 days before embarkation.

B  For bookings confirmed  after 01/2/2023

Booking cancelled, more than 75 days before embarkation, 20% of the total charter fee

Booking cancelled between 74 & 31 days before embarkation, 50% of the total charter fee

Booking cancelled less than 30 days before embarkation, 100% of the total charter fee

If the boat is re-booked for the same period, the cancellation fees will be refunded, only the dossier expenses will be charged with € 100.-

Yacht Licence : In Greece when chartering a bareboat yacht, according to the port authorities’ requests, the client must provide original sailing certificate/license, (in English language or officially translated).Certificates for motor yachts, day-skipper or sailing on day-light only, weather limitations are not accepted from the Port Authorities

Passenger List: A passenger list  is requested by the port authorities.

National identity card or passport is required

Insurance: All available boats are covered by all-inclusive insurance with deductible.

CREWED YACHT CHARTERS 2020 TERMS & CONDITIONS

Charter rates are in Euro and refer to daily weekly charter period, including:

Use of yacht & her facilities (on board entertainment equipment and water toys included).

Charter rates do not include:
 
- VAT (currently) 12% upon charter rates, 24% for day charters

- APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance). All expenses related to fuel and water consumption, food, beverages and alcoholic drinks, port and canal fees, are extra of the charter price, which includes only the fees for the yacht and its crew. Customarily in crewed charters, client pays a lump sum amount for all these extra charges up front and it is the captain's responsibility to proceed with payments and hand, at the end of the cruise, analytical receipts to the client. The amount for these expenses is called Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) and its purpose is to enhance the level of services rendered, by allowing the client to remain un-distracted by day to day expenses. As provisional expense, APA ranges from 20% to 30% of the charter fees. Of course APA depends upon the level of provisioning that the client requires, but as crewed charters include breakfast, lunch and dinner along with beverages and alcoholic drinks, this is a considerable sum. It goes without saying that if at the end of the charter APA is not exhausted, the remaining balance is returned to the client. On the other hand in case more expenses have occurred, client is kindly requested to make up the balance on spot.

• Travel arrangements prior to charter: Airport welcome and transfers, ticketing, hotel accommodation, rent a car, tours, exchange. We can however assist in these arrangements, especially the transportation to and from the yachts, with the incurring cost included in the APA.

• Crew Gratuities: Although Crew Gratuities (tips) are left solely to the Charterer’s discretion, we generally suggest a gratuity calculated between 5% and 15% of the contracted gross Charter Fee. We would like to stress out though, that a Charterer is under no obligation to leave a gratuity and at no time should a gratuity be solicited, either verballyin written form when settling the final account.

Special Conditions

• Smoking is not permitted inside the vessels.
• Use of personal watercraft is only permitted subject to the operator having the appropriate license and meeting with the local operating regulations
• Children are to be under the direct supervision of an adult member of the charter party at all times.
• Any outstanding accounts will be settled with the Captain onboard in cash prior to disembarkation.
• Charter Fees must be received in full. Any Bank fees charged will be deducted from the APA.
• It is highly recommended that the Charterer considers obtaining a Personal Travel Insurance, Cancellation/Curtailment Insurance and Charterer’s Liability Insurance.

Insurance
All boats are insured against:

• Risks arising from liability to third parties and damage to hull, machinery and equipment.
• Third party liability.
• Sea pollution liability.

Payments for crewed charters are generally paid by bank’s transfer to our account in two installments:

• The down payment (50% of the total charter fee) upon contract signing.
• The balance (50% of the charter fee) is paid 45 days prior to embarkation.

According to the contract terms.

Responsibility

• Statements used are agreed to be the only official proofs for the conditions of each charter and the service provided by the company.
• Claims will only be accepted within 30 days from the charters ending day.
• Yacht’s specification and equipment may vary from presented on internet. Any photos and equipment list are not contractual.
